The Web Developer works within the Diocese Office for Media and Communications, and is responsible for leading the creation, migration, and ongoing maintenance of a dynamic, responsive new website that aligns with the Diocese’s security, branding, and content standards.

You will report to the Congregational Leader and Council (CL&C) through the General Manager, and have responsibility for the management of the Operations Accountant.

As Dean of Human Formation (Dean), you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the Seminary provides the foundation for each seminarian’s overall priestly formation. Reporting to the Rector of the Seminary, and as a key member of the Human Formation Team, you will work closely with the Rector and other staff to ensure that human formation provides a foundational platform for all other dimensions of priestly development.

You will report to the Congregational Leader and Council on health and wellbeing matters, and to the General Manager for administrative issues. This role will work closely with the part-time Health and Wellbeing Support Coordinator in Victoria, and support the Sisters’ health so they can continue to actively participate in the Congregation’s life and mission and maintain a good quality of life.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team including health, wellbeing, pastoral, and support staff across Australia, Aotearoa-New Zealand, and Tonga, you will help ensure each Sister receives holistic, stage-appropriate care. This involves coordinating local support teams and ensuring they have the necessary resources, providing spiritual and sacramental support—especially during vulnerable times or end-of-life—and assisting/supporting Sisters with important personal decisions.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business & Operations Manager to lead the administrative and operational functions of the Provincial Office. This leadership role is pivotal in building a culture of good governance, strategic planning, and professional administration, enabling the leadership to focus on core missionary priorities.

Reporting to the Office Services Manager and as the initial contact point for the organisation, you will be a warm and welcoming face for visitors, including clergy, parish representatives, contractors and the broader community.
