About Us
Langham Partnership Australian (LPA) is the fundraising and supporter engagement arm of the international Langham Partnership, a global ministry dedicated to equipping churches in the Majority World for mission and spiritual growth through biblically grounded pastors and leaders. As a registered charity, Langham Partnership works to build a community of passionate supporters across Australia and raise funds that enable this mission to flourish worldwide.
About the Role
Working closely with the CEO and a small remote team, the newly created role of Fundraising Coordinator plays a vital role in growing and strengthening LPA’s supporter network, particularly across Sydney and New South Wales. You will assist with identifying and connecting with potential donors while helping to build, maintain, and enhance the relationships between LPA and its existing donor and supporter community. This will involve facilitating and following up contacts with Sydney and NSW based Churches, organisations and individuals, including representing LPA and speaking at relevant events.
You will coordinate supporter communications through the LPA’s CRM system, monitor and report on donor engagements metrics and campaign results and assist with reporting analysis. You will facilitate a range of events, occasionally interstate but with a focus on Sydney and NSW, and be comfortable speaking at those events. You will assist in preparing, delivering and recording communication materials to ensure professional, high-quality interactions with current and supporters, and assist the team in creating and managing content for newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns.
This role is a full-time role working remotely from home within the Sydney area for an initial term of 2 years and with the possibility of renewal. Travel throughout Sydney and NSW will be required with occasional intrastate travel.
About You
You are a relational and mission-driven professional who is passionate about supporting the global Church and advancing Christian ministry. You bring fundraising, donor relations or supporter engagement experience, or experience in a similar role. You are confident in building meaningful relationships and can communicate effectively with a broad range of individuals and groups.
You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You have strong written and verbal communication skills, are confident speaking at events, and proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications. You thrive both independently and as part of a remote team, have initiative and integrity, and a commitment to providing high-quality supporter care.
Most importantly, you are empathetic, service-oriented, and motivated by achieving meaningful outcomes. You align your work with Christian values and are motivated to contribute to a mission that is making a lasting impact around the world.
