You will ensure effective and efficient business management systems and procedures are established and maintained, that all statutory reporting and compliance requirements are met, and that the financial needs of the Community members are addressed.
You will be responsible for the oversight of ongoing maintenance and repairs of all Community properties and will work with the Community's external service providers to assist in the management of property purchases, disposals and leases.
The role is a permanent, part-time position and would suit an experienced person looking for work-life balance and who enjoys working in a small team.

Emerging Futures Collaborative Limited (EFCL) is a not-for-profit organisation, established to support and serve Catholic Religious Institutes in transition across Australia.
EFCL’s mission reflects the values of respect, integrity, collaboration, deep listening and accountability. These core values are central to interactions of EFCL and affirm the inherent value of the religious charism and freedom of decision-making of each Religious Institute we serve.
EFCL services to Religious Institutes include transition support, health and well-being coordination, administration, and community coordination. EFCL assists Religious Institutes in navigating change while also honouring their legacy and mission.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, and working collaboratively with your job-share colleague, you will play a vital role in ensuring Religious Institutes (known as our “Service Partners”) have a positive experience when engaging with EFCL and are satisfied with the services and support they receive.
Using your exceptional people skills, you will manage relationships with a defined set of Service Partners, and work in partnership with their staff to facilitate service delivery, and oversee the Service Partner journey. You will prepare annual Service Partner reports and contribute to Board, Executive Director or governance reporting as required.
As an experienced problem-solver, you will identify, manage and resolve service issues, and contribute to the development of service frameworks, processes, templates and practices that support continuous improvement in EFCL’s service quality, responsiveness and mission alignment.
In collaboration with your EFCL colleagues, including the Mission Facilitator and Engagement Facilitator, and with your knowledge of mission and religious institutes contexts, you will facilitate formation events and activities for Religious Institutes.
The role is a permanent part-time role, 22.8 hours a week, to be worked over three or four days. Some flexibility exists with regards to the days and daily hours to be worked, and the specific days/hours will be discussed and agreed on with the successful candidate prior to commencement of employment.
The successful candidate will work from home and ideally be based in Melbourne or Sydney. Interstate and intrastate travel to attend meetings with Service Partners and EFCL colleagues will be required from time to time.
About You

Specifically, as the ideal candidate for this role, you will meet the following Key Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder, partnership or service relationships in a complex service environment; and experience facilitating service delivery, coordinating people and resolving operational or relationship issues
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, and to respond and adapt to the changing needs of EFCL and Religious Institutes
Sound understanding of service quality, continuous improvement, feedback, review and performance monitoring
Strong written communication skills, including skills in the preparation of reports, service updates, correspondence and briefing material
Demonstrated ability to work with sensitivity, discretion and professionalism in a mission-based and values-led context
Competence with Microsoft 365, online collaboration tools, records systems and reporting tools
Current unrestricted Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured and roadworthy motor vehicle.
While not essential, experience working with Religious Institutes, church organisations, mission-based organisations or member-based services will be well-regarded.
